Data Reporting, Requirements Analysis and Project Scoping

Working with Senior Leadership, developed Project Requirements for Grant Reports, Coaching and Client Development Departments. Sourcing an outside consultant to develop complex reports from data captured in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

After reports were created, adapted them to Leadership Dashboards for quick view of Client Development and Coaching performance. Developed an Automated Dashboard to be sent to Key Stakeholders weekly showing Career Coaching KPI progress to Business Partner, Union Contacts and internal Board Members.

MULTI-PROCESS SERVICE INTEGRATION AND REPORTING

Streamlining Process between Bullhorn ATS/CRM, PrismHR and Sage Intacct.

Process involved utilizing a direct API connection between Bullhorn and PrismHR, allowing recruiting to push candidates into PrismHR for Payroll. Next, integration with PrismHR and Sage Intacct, pushing Payroll Data into Sage Intacct for P&L and Aging tracking. After integrations were complete reports were built in Bullhorn and Sage Intacct showing recruiting performance and financial data.
